Auto Retrieval of Top Values when Breakdown

When you breakdown a metric by a dimension having more than 20 values, a pop-up will appear and provide 2 options to you:

• Get Top/Bottom N Values;

• Show Specific Value.

If you choose to Get Top/ Bottom N Values, you can indicate value numbers and the period that you want the Top/Bottom to base on.

You can view up to 200 tick values in a chart.

If you want to breakdown a formulated metric (for example: Average Spending = Revenue/ Customer Count) by a dimension with more than 500 values, you can only choose to show specific values.
