Steps to set up QuickBooks Online connector

1. Select Use Data Connectors

2. Select QuickBooks Online to connect

3. Choose Sign in with QuickBooks to allow Presight to connect to your QuickBooks Online account

• Then, sign in with your QuickBooks Online username and password.

4. Once authenticated successfully, you will be navigated back to Presight.

• Click Next to start reviewing your QuickBooks Online data

5. Review your QuickBooks Online data table before importing

• Select the start date to import data

• Select table(s) to import data

Then click Next to start importing.

7. Data Import may take a while to finish.

• After successfully importing, you can view your new tables in Data Hub.

Connector Sync

• Simply click on Sync icon in Data Hub to update your data.

• Connector Sync will overwrite all of your current tables on Presight with the most updated data in QuickBooks Online.

By connector syncing, all current data in Presight will be replaced. This might have impact on your current metrics and dimensions. Please be careful.
