1. Doc Sharing
Invite Others
You are required to be the doc owner or to have Editor permission in a doc in order to share it to others.
Navigating to the top right menu of your doc, and hit the Share icon
Select the team member you want to invite, then select the appropriate permission level before hitting Share
Your teammate will receive a notification on their Presight account that they can now access the shared doc

Transfer Doc Ownership
From all the users who already have access to a doc you own, you can choose one of them to transfer the doc ownership to.

Once transfered, you will be automatically downgraded to Editor role.
2. Collaborating with Others
You can invite collaboration by sharing Edit, Comment or View permission to your team members in the same workspace.
Invited members with Comment and View permission can still interact with the data widgets on the doc, but their interactions are not saved.
Invited members with Edit permission can edit the document simultaneously, with each modification instantly visible to others.

3. Organize your Docs
From the Home page, you can Create New Folder to organize your docs.
